About me
Hello! I’m Analía Muñoz, an educator originally from Chile; after nine years living in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, I am currently based in Philadelphia. I am deeply committed to transforming education by prioritizing community building, fostering critical thinking, and creating supportive learning environments.
Through my experiences in both Chile and the United States, I have observed firsthand how community support and equitable educational practices can significantly impact student success and well-being.
I am passionate about shifting classroom practices and teaching pedagogy to meet students' diverse needs better, especially those historically underserved by the education system.

I am grateful to everyone who has been part of my journey; I would not have been here without you. Most of all, I am grateful for my parents, who taught me what love is, for my siblings for their friendship and constant unsolicited advice, for my wife for her unconditional support, and finally, my grandparents and great-grandparents, your sacrifices laid the foundation for the incredible family I'm a part of. Each of you shapes who I am and inspires everything I do.
